We work hard to make sure the products we ship are right for you.
But, from time to time it makes sense to swap, exchange or even
return all or part of an order. If this happens, please follow
the simple steps below:
How to Return/Exchange:
1.
Complete the return form on the bottom of your pack slip you
received with your order. (Download
a return/exchange for here.)
2.
Place unused product(s) in manufacturers packaging and receipt into
a non-manufacturers box to return to Sugar River
Outfitters.
Worn/Used product will be returned to the customer at
customer's expense. Unused product may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days of purchase date. For swaps and exchanges, the customer pays to ship the item back to us, and we pay shipping to send the new item back to the customer.
Note:
A $5.00 charge will be added if you fail to return the
manufacturers packaging or return the items in the original
manufacturers packaging.

Blundstone blemishes AND all orders placed during "buy one, get one" promotions, including purchases made using the coupon codes BOGO19 and MIXMATCH are returnable for size swaps, exchanges and store credit ONLY.
Returns
for credit using coupon codes such as "freeship"or sales offering free shipping are
subject to a restocking fee of $15.00. This does not apply to
swaps or returns for store credit.

Shipping:
Orders placed with Google will be shipped to the USA only.
If shipping out if the USA you must order over the phone.
Orders must be placed with a US bank Credit Card.
All orders with a physical address are shipped UPS Ground
(unless expedited service is purchased)
All orders with a PO Box are shipped USPS Priority Mail in the
USA only.
Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery of ground
shipments.
Expedited orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
may be processed the following business day. Expedited orders
received after 11:30 am EST on Friday's may be processed on
the following Monday. Orders with standard shipping may be
processed the next business day. (Note: we will try our best
to process all orders the same day but there is no
guarantee.)
